Marbofloxacin 160 mg.
Active against mycoplasmas and many Gram-positive and particularly Gram-negative organisms, including Pasteurella, Staphylococcus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella, Escherichia coli, Proteus, Salmonella and also beta-lactamase producing bacteria.
Effective in the management of soft tissue, urogenital (including pyelonephritis and prostatitis) and skin infections.
Dogs & cats: 2 mg marbofloxacin /kg i.v., s.c. q24h. Higher doses in dogs should be considered for certain sites, including in prostatitis, and for certain isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
